Jelle De Bock (BE)
Son of 1st Nat. Bourges 2020 & children of the best racing birds
One of the hardest classics of the 2020 season was Bourges II. The winner of this race was Jelle De Bock with his super hen Lena, who was the fastest of 14,021 pigeons. The rest of Jelle’s racing team also did very well that day with 13, 43, 48, 54 National old birds & 17, 66, 87 National Yearlings. The winner was bred by De Smeyter-Restiaen and comes from a half-brother of La Roche (2nd Nat. Ace pigeon middle distance KBDB) x Super-racing and breeding hen "Klaasje". Joost De Smeyter is the supplier of Jelle’s pigeons: he provided a group of excellent Willem De Bruijn pigeons to Jelle, which turned out to be a great success. Victories earlier in the season include: 2nd Provincial Bourges I 5011 yearlings, 2nd provincial Vierzon 4218 yearlings, 3rd Zone A2 Chateauroux 5679 old ones, 3rd Zone A2 Issoudun 4627 yearlings; and at the end of the season, top-cock David won the title of 1st national Ace pigeon middle distance in 8 Belgian national races (pipa ranking). A child of Lena comes up for auction, but also pigeons from other top racers and breeders.
