Obtaining a very valuable pigeon on PIPA and then having to take a serious (financial) blow, it can lead to fanciers having to cancel their purchase. And unfortunately it happens occasionally that fanciers betray our confidence by placing a bid on a pigeon that they cannot actually afford. Pigeons that do not change owners are now offered for sale a second time in this non-payers auction' on PIPA. This makes for a varied collection of birds, often including some hidden gems from golden bloodlines, as we've come to expect from PIPA.
